Not eligible? don't worry!

Because we have more applicants than spaces, we must hold lotteries before the beginning of each class cycle. Choose which date is best for you. Lotteries begin promptly at 10am, at  270 West 89th Street in Manhattan.

Bring proof of status (Visa, I-94, Passport, Green Card, Employment Authorization card, a copy of your application for permanent residence or political asylum, etc.) and photo identification.

And bring 50¢ for the cost of a postcard so we can notify you whether or not you have a place in the next course. We do hope you are fortunate enough to be chosen and hope to help you master the English language.
